Be yourself- not your idea of what you think somebody else's idea of yourself should be.

A painting I just did:  Walk with gratitude, walk with love & peace, be who you are, beautiful - .She carries love, walk with pride and selfconfidence, she has respect for herself and others. she love herself, and she loves others - the day you don`t care about what other`s say & think about you, that day, you own yourself, before that day, you are owned by others.

“be yourself- not your idea of what you think somebody else's idea of yourself should be.”

“Never regret your past. Rather,

embrace it as the teacher that it is.”

“Go placidly amid the noise and the haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender, be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly, and listen to others, even the dull and ignorant; they too have their story.

Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love – for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment is it perennial as the grass. Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you from misfortune. But do not distress yourself with imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness. Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself.

You are a child of the universe no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here. And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labours and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul.

With all its sham, drudgery and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world.”

The man who does not value himself, cannot value anything or anyone.”

-Ayn Rand

I used to ask myself the question, “When will I be loved, am I not loveable?” It took me a long time to figure it out but I’m glad finally did.
The answer… Love comes only in the night, after the day you learn to truly love yourself. Then all you have to do is allow yourself to be loved.

“In the flush of love’s light we dare be brave and suddenly we see that love costs all we are and will ever be. Yet, it is only love which sets us FREE.” ~ Dr. Maya Angelou
Love is the KEY to joy, happiness and success! You MUST first love yourself before you can love anyone or anything!
LOve & blessings, MOnica ;)
