På toppen av Li fjell for å se solnedgangen/On top of Li mountain to see the sunset. - Sandnes/Norway

“A mountain keeps an echo deep inside. That's how I hold your voice.” - Rumi

“I suspect the truth is that we are waiting, all of us, against insurmountable odds, for something extraordinary to happen to us.” -khaled Hosseini

“We wanderers, ever seeking the lonelier way, begin no day where we have ended another, and no sunrise finds us where left by sunset. Even while the earth sleeps we travel. We are the seeds of that tenacious plant, and it is in our ripeness and our fullness of heart that we are given to the wind to be scattered.” - Khalil Gibran

Cherish the moment of togetherness, because the sun will fall beneath
the ocean, creating a sunset, and the moment might be gone too soon.

“We are in the world where the longing mountains are the most grounded.”

“Mountains are the only stars we can reach by walking!”
― Mehmet Murat ildan

“Perhaps there’s no better act of simplification than climbing a mountain. For an afternoon, a day, or a week, it’s a way of reducing a complicated life into a simple goal. All you have to do is take one step at a time, place one foot in front of the other, and refuse to turn back until you’ve given everything you have.”
